The acne, how and where it originates

Know where and how acne arises?. In the lower part of the intestines and waste matter accumulates causing havoc to the ability of the body to clean and get rid of toxins. The use of antibiotics only makes matters worse, because not only kill harmful bacteria, but bacteria that occur naturally and maintaining minimized yeasts and bacteria.

When taking antibiotics, especially for a long time, there is an imbalance in the gut and candida yeast gets out of control. Medical science and many naturopaths know that Candida is associated with all kinds of problems from athlete's foot to yeast infections, and many other degenerative diseases.

When Candida gets out of control, produce toxins that can cause the individual to experience allergic reactions to food, and usually are to blame for infections associated with acne. Many people with candida infections are highly addicted to food and sugary snacks. Candida is yeast so you need sugar to grow, ie, high blood sugar and half gut out of balance, creating the perfect environment for their development.

The foods we eat today tend to be very high in sugar and starches such as flour, which added to the amount of unhealthy hydrogenated oils, can easily fill the colon with waste that should have been eliminated from the body, but who remain bacteria feeding there and back into the bloodstream. This leads to many diseases, not just acne. Thus, the disposal deficient colon becomes a feeder toxins for other organs. The liver is required over capacity and therefore absorbs excess skin and removes it.

In his research, he also read about acne as a result of the body's attempt to rid itself of toxins, and how those with a genetic predisposition to skin and fat metabolism high, usually have the worst symptoms. This explains why teenagers have more acne than adults, although the number of people with recurrent outbreaks in adulthood is also increasing due to bad diets.

Foods that can aggravate acne know them and avoid them.

-Caffeine, soft drinks and chocolate. The stimulant properties of caffeine seem to aggravate acne outbreaks both as candida infections. Sugars, especially refined white sugar, as highly concentrated and refined, wreaks havoc on the body, especially in people who are suffering from yeast infections. -MSG is in most foods. Many people have very sensitive and some are allergic to it and can be even fatal. It requires all products containing MSG, which have so specified on their labels, and which adds a flavor enhancer and preservative. Some symptoms of sensitivity are tired and sleepy msg end just after its intake. Skin reactions occur in 24 hours. -Beverages queues, the dyes used in cola drinks and syrups are artificial and can also stimulate acne conditions. Colas are infamous because they contain many more additives that can damage the body. Stay away from these beverages usually helps control breakouts. -Hydrogenated oils. Many brands of oils, particularly vegetable oils, are often hydrogenated. This is a process where hydrogen molecules are pumped into the heated oil so that the product is retained for longer. Many people are sensitive to this, and studies have shown that consumption of oils subjected to this process involves several disadvantages for health. -White flour, the processed food the colon causes terrible problems and is the number one contributor to constipation and poor drainage. The starchy feeds Candida and when combined with sugar and hydrogenated oil, becomes a triple threat.
